Vanity Affair exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best products. For the safety of all customers we CANNOT accept opened, unwrapped, worn, colored/ dyed, finger combed and or tampered with in any way products. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES are offered at the moment. If their is an issue made on our behalf we will pay for the return shipping and immediately get the initial desired product out free of charge.
